Our Rooms

Our two comfortable rooms, both with ensuite facilities are situated on our first floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift access although we will be happy to help you with your luggage.

Both rooms are decorated to the same high standard with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, which together with king size beds and digital flatscreen TVs make for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the New Inn.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation policy

Refundable rates, if cancelled up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged.

Non-refundable rates, 100% of the booking will be charged after booking.

Check-in Details

Check-in is at 3pm-9pm, please let us know if you plan to arrive outside this time. Let us know if you arrive early, your room might be ready.

Check-out is at 11am sharp.

Other Information

  • Complimentary Hot English Breakfast.
    Free parking is available on-site for guests.
  • Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional £10 / pet / night. We may charge a £50 cleaning fee if left very dirty and with lots of pet hair.

Payment Details

We accept the following form of payments: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Full payment will be taken from the card you have provided.2 days before your arrival.

A few more important rules

  1. Guest’s Belongings. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
  2. Damage to Property. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. We have the right to charge your card for any damage caused- of course, we will discuss this with you prior to taking any action.
  3. Management’s Rights. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. No parties of any kind are permitted in the hotel- there is a guest bar downstairs if you would like to enjoy a drink with friends.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith without previous notice and with no refund, nor compensation in case of breach of property rules and policies.

Pricing

April 1st to September 30th

Fawn & Doe Rooms: £100 per night

October 1st to March 31st

Fawn & Doe Rooms: £85 per night

Rates are per room, per night, based on a maximum two people sharing a room including breakfast.

Dogs are allowed and there is a charge of £10 per night per dog.
